The Trip to Wanners Bakery by Ava F.

 For today's field trip, we went to a local bakery and learned how to make food that everyone knows and loves: pretzels!! When we got there, we got aprons and hairnets and then went on a bakery tour. We first got to make the pretzels and learned how to make them into the shape that they are. After we made the pretzels, we learned the process of making all of the treats at the bakery and saw the storage areas, the fridges, and the ovens. After the tour, they let us sit in the bakery and enjoy some pastries, coffee, and water while we waited for our pretzels to finish baking. It was a very fun and cool experience to learn the process of everything and obviously get pretzels to take home!!
