Our Adventure In Tübingen - By Rishi P
We first went to an old monastery a couple of miles from the main city, and it was very surreal. It had a modern feel, but after we were told the history, it had a different feeling.
After that, we hiked about 5km to the main city, which was a perfect classic “German city” with hundreds of red-roofed buildings and the Necker (river) running right through.
Then we had the opportunity to visit the church and castle, which was a decent experience as they looked like relics but were also shiny.
Finally, we went in a gondola on the Necker, which was very peaceful and exciting. Some students, including me, got to drive the boat to finish out the day.
