A Visit to Two Nearby Castles - Ava W.

 This weekend, I visited two amazing castles: Schloss Ludwigsburg and Burg Hohenzollern. My host family and I spent almost every day touring the castles and taking pictures.

Schloss Ludwigsburg (also called the Versailles of Swabia) had grand rooms, but we mostly walked through the gardens. Burg Hohenzollern, high on a hill, had incredible views and intricate architecture. This castle focused more on the interior than the exterior.

Seeing both castles was a perfect way to experience Germany's history because they are so different.
